Cancellation Policy

We can’t wait to meet you!

Out of respect for clients on our waitlist and our service provider’s time, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the amount of the booked service. (Brow appointments are considered no-shows after 5 minutes due to shortness of appointment)

No refunds or credit are given for services rendered. Payments for all services are non-refundable and due in full at the time of service with no exceptions.

Waxing contraindications

If you’ve taken antibiotics 7 days or less prior to your waxing appointment, we cannot wax you. The skin is still too thin and waxing will result in torn skin. We recommend rescheduling any facial waxing appointments, brows have the option of being tweezed but we require more time to do so. Please call if you need to opt for tweezing so we can be sure we’ll have enough time.

Accutane users MAY NOT be waxed. The skin is extremely thin, resulting in tearing that is very likely to cause hyperpigmentation, scarring, and is slow to heal. Brows may be tweezed ONLY, all other waxing must be halted until a minimum of 6 MONTHS after your final dose.

Tretinoin use should be halted for 5 days prior to any facial waxing appointments. Again, this product dramatically thins the skin and will very likely cause tearing, and potential injury. Tweezing is recommended for the brows if you prefer not to discontinue its use. Otherwise, we recommend stopping 5 days prior to waxing, and restarting no sooner than 3 days after.

Microneedling contraindications

If you have dermographia, active rosacea or acne flare-up, or dermatitis we don’t recommend this service. Rosacea and acne clients should treat the inflammatory condition first, and have experienced no inflammation for at least 4 weeks prior to treatment.

If you have any form of the herpes simplex virus, make sure to take your antiviral medication starting 1 day prior to treatment and continuing for 2 days after to prevent and outbreak.
